Thanks for all of your comments and love on Thursday’s post. Sometimes, it really means SO MUCH to just have someone say, “I know how you feel. You aren’t alone. It’s okay to feel this way, and you WILL run this race.”
I’m headed out this morning for a long-run, and will be meeting Hannah. She is seriously one awesome chick (I posted about her a week ago regarding her scary Pulmonary Embolism diagnosis) – and she has offered to run with me and workshop my training plan for the next 4 weeks.
That’s right, folks, in 4 weeks, I will be running the Get In Gear Half-Marathon.

In non-running news, I did NOT win the Mega Millions jackpot lastnight.
(just kidding. I’ve never bought tickets for the lottery before. In fact, I didn’t know you had to buy them with cash, and I had to go to the ATM and go BACK to the gas station to buy them. #fail.)
Other than my long run, I’ll be having a friend and her fiance over for a grill-out + bonfire tonight, and then spending time with my family tomorrow (trip to the compost pile? Yes, please!) and generally cleaning and relaxing.
